Laser Screed Flooring

We use the latest somero SXP laser screed machinery (www.somero.com) to construct floors by large pour methods in combination with our highly skilled workforce.  A range of reinforcement options can be provided in conjunction with the laser screed to construct up to 3000m2 per pour.

 
Working to TR34 (2003) free movement flatness tolerances FM1, FM2 (special), FM2, and FM3 are provided dependant on the use. 

Linear tolerances (defined movement) such as DM1, Category 1, & Category 2, required for high bay racking, are also achieved incorporating the laser screed large pour methods to maximise productivity.
