Traditional Flooring Methods
At Malin as well as utilising the laser screed machinery we also retain a high skill set of manually laying concrete slabs by hand screeding to achieve high tolerances.
Free movement tolerances (FM2 (special) or FM2) on large pours are generally provided, and we can also provide defined movement tolerances such as superflat & category 1 in narrow bays.
Using our fast pour system areas laid flat and/or to falls can be continually constructed to provide large pours. Still applying the large pour techniques hand constructed slabs of 1500m2+ can be installed to ground floors, upper floors, and external yard slabs.
Where access or construction restrictions limit the use of laser screed, we can still achieve the highest specifications available.
